Our blue heeler, Ash has tge gene for blindness. We found out about 2 1/2 years ago. The opthamologist suggest Occu-glo and we put him on it twice a day every day. He has gone almost blind in these years since then but his eyes and reti a have remained healthy and we continue to give him the supplement daily to keep him healthy. It probably has slowed the process of going blind and keeps his eyes healthy

I don't know that it is helping my senior dog. His vision has declined so much. he appears blind. we use the capsules and the odor to us is disgusting. luckily our is not bothered by the smell.

I originally ordered by calling and was walked through the appropriate choice for my pooch and have now made the order a subscription which was so easy. Dealing with a diabetic dog that lost her vision so quickly is hard enough. They made ordering receiving this product sooo easy. Since Maggie can’t talk not sure it’s efficacy but she sure like the flavor so I use it as a treat between the eyedrops I have to give her.

My boy has dry eye in addition to cataracts developing. He is almost 13yrs old. This was recommended by his eye doctor at his yearly check up. I'm hoping it helps prolong his eye sight. I believe it is helping him.

This supplement was recommended by our frenchies eye doctor. It seems to be doing a good job helping with his eye boogers and drainage. However it was shipping cheaply. It sat in a box in my hot mailbox for hours. The bottle itself was extremely hot. There's no way that doesn't compromise the integrity of the ingredients. I've ordered cheap fiber gummies from amazon and had them ship with cold packs.

I have a large great Dane with glaucoma. My vet suggested these as a support supplement. Her results have been coming back increasingly better each visit - while partnered with prescription medicine. She loves taking them and sees them as a treat. It is expensive only because she takes 3-4 a day at her size but besides that I feel they are reasonably priced. Overall they seem to be beneficial.

As with human supplements, it’s impossible to tell if they’re working as you have to “prove” a negative, e.g., vision would have failed if they didn’t take it. No way to know. However, I was feeling like my 15 year old English Cream dachshund was losing her vision to some extent….e.g., looking for a ball and not as quick at seeing it as she used to be. She is only 9 lbs so just giving her 1/2 per day and I do believe she is quicker at finding her ball and the tiny treats I scatter for her and tell her to “find”. She is still very active and loves to chase a ball and I do believe that this is helping preserve her vision. I also give her collagen, a mushroom chew for her spine and her diet is freeze dried raw. Despite not being able to verify benefits objectively, it’s still good for her w/o any side effects so will continue giving it to her for the rest of her life.

These vitamins have been prescibed by his veterinarian opthalmologist. We consistantly use them to preserve his vision. They have been effective. I received a bottle of human eye vitamins. I am not able to use them and will pass them on to someone who can.
