Meet Jen Palmiotto, Chief Operations Officer at Animal Necessity, whose career journey reflects her exceptional dedication and leadership. Jen began with the company in 2010 as a customer service representative, where her strong communication skills and passion for animal health quickly set her apart.
She soon transitioned to the sales team and was later promoted to Operational Sales Manager, where she streamlined internal processes and strengthened team performance.
Jen’s deep knowledge of the animal supplement business, combined with her commitment to operational excellence, led to her promotion as COO, where she now oversees daily operations and ensures the company runs smoothly and efficiently across all departments.
Outside of work, Jen Palmiotto is a proud dog mom to her beloved toy Yorkie, Logan. Known for his big personality and tiny frame, Logan is Jen’s constant companion and adventure buddy.
